Oil Pipelines: Welded steel pipes are widely used in oil transportation systems, covering long distances to connect oil production sites with processing plants, storage facilities, and end-users. They cater to the demands of transporting large volumes of liquids and can withstand varying pressure and temperature conditions.

Structural Support: Welded steel pipes are extensively employed for structural support and stabilization in buildings, including large frameworks, beams, columns, and roofs. They offer stronger connections, higher load-bearing capabilities, and excellent formability, suitable for various architectural design requirements.

Bridge Construction: Welded steel pipes are crucial materials for bridge construction, used in the primary structure, bridge deck, handrails, load-bearing frames, etc. Their high strength and stability ensure the safety and durability of bridges.

Welded steel pipes boast high pressure resistance, excellent strength, and strong corrosion resistance, making them suitable for complex environments. They feature good sealing performance, particularly at welded joints, and can be fabricated into various zigzag shapes, offering good adaptability to uneven settlement of foundations. Additionally, they are suitable for medium to high-pressure pipelines and exhibit strong wear resistance.

Despite their numerous advantages, welded steel pipes have relatively poor corrosion resistance, necessitating corrosion prevention treatments and protection measures to enhance their service life. Moreover, their complex construction process, time-consuming on-site welding, intricate corrosion prevention treatments, and the need to consider pipeline expansion and contraction factors are aspects to consider during application.
